At BodyBare, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories or included items

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Because our products are intimate items, for hygiene reasons, we may only accept returns on items that are unused and unopened, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used intimate products

  • Opened products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to improper use

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the item and the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved, where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • Contact your bank for additional processing details
