5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. BodyBare is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
BodyBare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
